  1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
  2. Purchase is necessary for UK residents only. For UK residents only, please retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, but between 00:01 GMT on the 16 December 2024 and the end of the Promotion Period, as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize. No purchase is necessary for the Republic of Ireland. Internet access, email address and a valid UK or ROI bank account are required.

  7. During the Promotion Period: a maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person per day into the Instant Win; a maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person into the Grand Prize Draw; a maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person into the Tesco Exclusive Prize Draw and a maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person into the Wrap Up Draw.
  8. For entrants in the UK only, one itemised receipt per entry must state the time and date of purchase, which must pre-date the entry date and time, but be between 00:01 GMT on the 16 December 2024 and the end of thePromotion Period. No person may win more than 1 x Instant Win, 1 x Prize Draw (the Grand Prize OR Tesco Exclusive Prize) and 1 x Wrap Up Draw Prize.
  9. A person is defined by name and email address and the combination needs to be unique to a single participant for a Prize claim to be valid. Postal addresses used to claim may be checked and verified via their local postage service for eligibility. Winners are provisional at point of win/claim and subject to Prize claim verification to qualify their win.
  10. Winner Selection:
    1. Instant Win: During the Instant Win and Prize Draw Period, 1090 “winning moments” (days, hours, minutes, seconds) have been randomly selected by an independent verification service. The first valid entry received on or after that winning moment will be awarded the Prize. If no entry is received between one winning moment to the next, the Prize from that winning moment will be rolled over, creating an additional winning moment. All 1090 Prizes are available to be won.
    2. Grand Prize Draw: 4 provisional Grand Prize Draw winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries into the Grand Prize Draw received during the Instant Win and Prize Draw Period. For your total confidence, the Prize Draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within 5 working days of the end of the Instant Win and Prize Draw Period.
    3.     4. Grand Prize Draw: There will be 4 winners. Each winner will win 1 x trip to Finland for the winner and a guest (worth up to £6,500 or € equivalent) plus £500 spending money (or € equivalent) (a “Trip to Finland”).
    5. Tesco Exclusive Prize Draw: There will be 1 winner. The winner will win 1 x Trip to Finland.
    6. Wrap Up Draw: There will be 1 winner. The winner will win 1 x £250 cash (or € equivalent).
  12. Further Prize Details and Conditions:
    1. Wellness Day:
      1. The Prize will be arranged by email between the Prize fulfilment agency and the winner. Winners based in the UK (England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland) will receive a voucher for either Spa Breaks or Spa Seekers, subject to availability and the winner’s discretion. Winners based in the Republic of Ireland will receive a voucher for Spa Breaks, subject to availability.
      2. Winners can use their voucher on the applicable website to book their preferred spa experience out of the available options.
      3. Once the choice has been made, this cannot be amended.
      4. Winners will be subject to the relevant terms and conditions of their chosen spa, which will be provided with the selection.
      5. Spa Breaks vouchers will be valid to make a booking for 12 months from the date of Prize Acceptance, meaning the booking must be made within 12 months, but the spa experience date could be outside this time period. The exact expiry date will be made clear on the voucher.
      6. Spa Seekers vouchers will be valid for 12 months from the date of Prize Acceptance, meaning the experience must been booked and taken within this time period. The exact expiry date will be made clear on the voucher.
      7. Winners will not receive any compensation if the full voucher amount is not used.
      8. The winners are responsible their behaviour whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner from participation in any aspect of the Prize if they fail to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if a winner acts in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry or being required to leave the spa.
      9. All Prize winners must abide by any relevant terms and conditions which form part of the Prize. Whilst at the venue, you must not: be drunk, intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, underage, be abusive, threatening, make or incite racial abuse, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, behave anti-socially, bring animals (except guide dogs), carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, make excessive noise, damage the venue or smoke. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry or being required to leave the spa.
      10. Winners must abide by any relevant terms and conditions set by the venue which form part of their Prize.
      11. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
    2. Cash and Wrap Up Draw:
      1. The winners will receive their cash via BACS.
      2. UK winners must have a valid UK bank account and ROI winners must have a valid Irish bank account.
      3. Winners are responsible for providing correct bank account details and the Promoter will not be liable for any Prize payments made into the wrong bank account.
    3. Grand Prize Draw and Tesco Exclusive Prize Draw:
      1. The guest must be aged 18+.
      2. The trip must be booked at least 3 months before travelling and must be taken within a year of winning.
      3. The trip cannot be taken during public holidays or school holidays in the UK, Republic of Ireland or Finland.
      4. The Prize details, including any incorporated excursions, will be arranged by email between the Promoter and the winner. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to provide the winner with details of the Prize at the earliest possible opportunity. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the Prize is organised. Once the Prize details including dates, locations and excursions are confirmed, this cannot be amended or altered by the winner.
      5. The Prize includes return flights for the winner and a guest from their nearest international airport to Helsinki, Finland subject to availability and the Promoter’s discretion.
      6. Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted. Flights cannot be used in conjunction with the Promoter's/any loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer. Frequent Flyer points cannot be accrued on the flight tickets or any loyalty programme.
      7. Airline seats are subject to availability.
      8. Once booked, tickets are only valid for the dates and times shown; no alternatives will be available.
      9. Return transfers from the winner’s home to the international airport are not included.
      10. Return transfers from the airport in Finland to the hotel are included. Return transport from the hotel to any excursions will be included as applicable.
      11. The Prize includes accommodation at a minimum 4* hotel based on the winner and the guest sharing one double/twin room, subject to availability and the Promoter’s discretion.
      12. Winners can request extra services available at the hotel but at the winner’s own expense.
      13. A valid credit or debit card will be required to check in to the room and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as in- room calls or services.
      14. The winner is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred at the hotel during their stay, including, without limitation, costs of meals, drinks, additional nights and services together with related taxes.
      15. The winners will receive their spending money via BACS.
      16. UK winners must have a valid UK bank account and ROI winners must have a valid Irish bank account.
      17. Winners are responsible for providing correct bank account details and the Promoter will not be liable for any Prize payments made into the wrong bank account.
      18. It will be the winner’s and their guest's responsibility to take out at their own cost all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken.
      19. If a booking is cancelled by the winner, no alternative tickets will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.
      20. The winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers if the holiday or any other event forming part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.
      21. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
      22. The winner and their guest will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner and their guest. In the event the winner or their guest are unable to travel due to visa or other personal circumstances, no alternative tickets will be issued, and no compensation or other prize will be provided.
      23. The winner and their guest must travel together in all instances, on the same dates and time, take the same trip and share the same room in all provided accommodation. The winner will forgo the Prize in totality if the winner fails to attend the scheduled booking, and the Promoter and any Prize providers shall have no further obligation to the winner.
      24. The winner and their guest must abide by and are subject to the airline’s Conditions of Carriage and Booking Terms and Conditions.
      25. The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking the Prize. ThePromoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if the winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in the Prize being retracted.
      26. All elements of the Prize package must be taken as part of the same trip.
      27. The Prize will be forfeited if:
        1. The winner has not obtained all of the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Promoter;
        2. The winner has any immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving or travelling within the UK, Republic of Ireland or Finland; or
        3. The winner has any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent them from accepting and participating in the Prize.
  13. Winner Notification:
    1. Instant Win: The provisional winning entrants will be instantly notified on screen that they are a winner and will be sent a confirmation email to their email address provided upon entry within 5 working days confirming their Prize. Provisional winners will be required to follow the instructions in the email within 14 days of initial contact to claim their Instant Win Prize. If a provisional winner does not follow the instructions either on screen or in the confirmation email within 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and return the Prize to the Promotion Instant Win Prize pool which may be won by another entrant during the Instant Win and Prize Draw Period. Any claims received that don’t meet these requirements will be void and invalid and we reserve the right to return the Instant Win Prize to the Instant Win Promotion Prize pool which may be won by someone else during the Instant Win and Prize Draw Period.
    2. Grand Prize Draw: The provisional Grand Prize Draw winners will be contacted via the email address provided upon entry within 5 working days of Prize Draw Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and award the relevant Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
    3. Tesco Exclusive Prize Draw: The provisional Tesco Exclusive Prize Draw winer will be contacted the email address provided upon entry within 5 working days of Tesco Exclusive Prize Draw Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and award the relevant Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
    4. Wrap Up Draw: The provisional winner will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 5 working days of Wrap Up Draw Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional Wrap Up Draw winner. If the provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Wrap Up Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
  14. Prize Acceptance: Once eligibility of a Prize is confirmed and the Prize is accepted, notification to arrange fulfilment of the Prizes will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prizes. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing belVitaPositivePlace@promowinners.com. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.
  15. Provided no objection is received, the surname and county of the winners will be made available to anyone who requests them by writing to JS14824 belVita Positive Place on the Planet, PO Box 704, Pinner, HA5 9PF, within 3 months of the closing date of this Promotion. Winners may request their surname and county are not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced during Winner Notification. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon its request.
  16. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
  17. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
    1. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
    2. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
    3. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
    4. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
    5. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
    6. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
    7. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
  18. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prizes or any element of the Prizes are not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.
  19. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to belvitasnacks.com/win.
  20. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (JS14824) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
  21. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
  22. The Promoter shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 and any successor legislation or other applicable law. The personal information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion and in accordance with the Promoters’ Data Privacy Notice which can be found at https://eu.mondelezinternational.com/privacy-notice. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion (including any relevant promotional activity) or communicating with entrants.
  23. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
  24. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  25. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
  26. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English and Irish law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales and the Republic of Ireland.
